Bright Harbor OT is accepting private pay clients and serving families through Illinois Early Intervention (EI) program. We are an insurance-based practice in-network with BCBS PPO and UHC. A super-bill can be provided upon request for all other insurance companies. 

We are happy to add families to the waitlist for their preferred times.

We currently have immediate openings. However, schedule and time of sessions are limited based on therapist availability. An initial report and treatment plan will be provided within two weeks from the evaluation. 

Private pay is available directly to Bright Harbor Occupational Therapy, PLLC. 

Initial evaluation - $275

Therapy session - $150

Package pricing - 6 sessions for $870 or 10 sessions for $1,400

Currently visiting clients in the Chicago North shore area including Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview and Glencoe. Please reach out with requests outside of these locations. 

An evaluation is completed at home or in the community (school/daycare) and lasts one hour. Initial paperwork is sent to parents and/or caregivers prior to the evaluation. The therapist will begin to build rapport, complete clinical observations, standardized assessments as needed and engage through play.

While some clients benefit from a few months of skilled interventions and services, other clients may benefit from ongoing support. 

Sessions are held in the home, daycares, schools and/or community depending on schedules and what is most beneficial for the client and family.
